  • Organization of Accounts - Initial Consultation (up to 2 hours) $250 plus one follow up visit for 1 hour. Thereafter Onsite $50.00/hr and Offsite $75.00/hr
  • New Business Registration & Organization - $100
  • Annual Registration - $10.00
  • Personal Property Declaration - $15.00
  • W-2 Preparation - $50.00 (up to 5 employees) & an additional $25.00 per 5 more employees

Monthly Flat Fee: Per 1 Business Location

Our fee for bookkeeping service is based upon the volume of transactions in a reporting period and also the complexity of your business.

Factors affecting our fee structure include:

  • Number of Employees
  • Pay Frequency
  • Number of Customer Invoices
  • Financial and Management Reports Requirements
  • Number of Bank Accounts to be Reconciled
  • Number of Credit Card Accounts to be Reconciled
  • Inventory Current State of your Accounting Records

Our base package starts at $200.00 per month and includes the following services:
